Coaching sessions are 45 minutes long and generally follow the structure below:

Identify what the focus of the session will be

Determine a desired outcome or measure of success for the focus

Explore the topic through thoughtful questioning

Discuss the unique ways ADHD may be impacting the challenge

Collaborate to build a tool/solution/plan to take a step toward the desired outcome

Review action items and new understandings
Coaching is a time when we sit down together and take a deeper look at something that’s going on in your life. I support you in understanding how your brain works, recognizing patterns, updating belief systems, and finding meaningful solutions for whatever you’re struggling with at the moment.
