Struggling to stay on task? Constantly finding yourself on random side-quests? 

The NOW/NEXT Sticky Notes can help!

How to use them:

1. Identify your current focus and write it in the NOW box.

2. Identify your next focus and write it in the NEXT box.

3. (Optional) Set a timer for how long you’ll focus on the NOW task. 

4. Put the sticky note in a super obvious place while you work on the task. When you get distracted by a random rabbit-hole, the note will remind you of what you were supposed to be doing! Refocus and resume!
