What's a Group Coaching Session Like?

Session Agenda

  1. 1.Ice Breaker Question: Reflect and connect with the group through a thoughtful question.
  2. 2.ADHD Mini Lesson: Learn more about different aspects of ADHD.
  3. 3.Get Coached or Listen and Learn: Each session you'll sign up for either a Coaching Spot or a Listening Spot (see below for more details!)
  4. 4.Wrap up: Share what you accomplished or what your action steps will be.

If you reserve a Coaching Spot:

  • Bring a topic or challenge to get coaching on
  • Get 1:1 coaching in front of the group from the coach
  • Receive validation and ideas from others in the group
  • Walk away with tools and clear next steps

If you reserve a Listening Spot:

  • Learn from those being coached
  • Chime in with ideas or support
  • Body double on a challenging task
  • Accountability check on your task at the end
